PROFESSIONAL RUGBY PLAYER ALLOWED TO KEEP DRIVING DESPITE 14 POINTS ON THEIR LISCENCE

Yesterday, JTS successfully argued on behalf of our Client at Wirrall Magistrates’ Court that he would suffer Exceptional Hardship should he be disqualified from driving as this would mean that he would no longer be able to play professional rugby. Despite having 15 points on his license, the Magistrates’ accepted that he would not be able to train 3 nights a week after working in the day and that this would mean his contract would be cancelled. He received a fine and was warned to temper his driving in the future.

JTS CLIENT ACQUITTED OF HIS INVOLVEMENT IN AN ATTEMPTED MURDER.

Our Client was found innocent of any involvement in an attempted murder by a jury at Manchester Magistrates’ Court this week. In a case where 2 others are due to be sentenced next month, our Client was found not guilty of all matters after a short period of deliberation by the jury.

“We are so grateful for James and Tineka’s involvement in this case they have provided us with great support throughout and were always available to help us in a very trying period” family of Defendant.

ANTOTHER GREAT RESULT FOR LOCAL LANDLORD AND BUINESSMAN

JTS were able to successfully negotiate a small fine for a local businessman who had fallen fowl of the strict regulations involving licencing of a flat above their take away in business Greater Manchester. Despite having the powers to impose an unlimited fine, this was limited by the Court to just a few hundred pounds, the Court hearing that due to the Defendants difficult financial circumstances at the time they were not in a position to pay the high application fees.
