Another great result of JTS Solicitors on Friday when a Manchester Taxi Driver was acquitted of allegations of plying for hire and no insurance. After a lengthy trial the Court accepted the drivers evidence that he had not intentionally picked up a passenger without a booking.

Taxi Driver accused of assault successful at licensing committee
JTS were successful in arguing that a taxi driver should only receive a warning following an allegation of assault. we were able to persuade the licensing committee that the allegations were unsubstantiated.
